This beginners Meditation course is ideal for anyone wanting to know more about what meditation is and learn how-to practice it and implement it in their life, in an easy and simple way, so to achieve a constant state of inner-peace and serenity. 

 

Meditation is a technique that helps your mind to rest so to achieve a state of tranquility that leads you towards higher awareness and consciousness. As our Meditation practice unfolds, we start to perceive our challenges with greater clarity, pragmatism and calmness which leads us to be more able to impartially observe the bigger picture that emerges from ourselves and life and acknowledge what is, without struggle or suffering.

 

In Meditation you begin to practice turning inwards and letting go of the external world, inner struggles, the past and the future and the non-stop maddening inner chatter. With time and regular practice all this softens and dissolves leaving yourself filled with healing silence, stillness and peace, within profuse bliss and wellbeing. 

In this beginners course you'll learn about Meditation, talk about and practice different meditation techniques, active and passive, as well as talk about any difficulties that may emerge from your practice. Meditation can be a challenging experience, however this course is structured in a way that will soften any difficulties and keep you motivated and feeling good with the practice.

 

Meditation is not a religion and this course does not encompass any formal religious teachings. Meditation is a science, with a specific process and order that produces measurable scientific results. 

 

This course is also deeply focused on your self-healing through Meditation and Mindfulness, therefore you'll also learn how to use Meditation and Mindfulness in order to achieve physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health and wellbeing.

  • 3 Mindfulness & Meditation 2h classes each day with Patricia:

    • You'll learn about meditation

    • You'll practice meditation

    • We'll discuss your experience, issues connected to the benefits of meditating, difficulties, etc

  • Homework every day consisting of Meditation practice by yourself and working on the course workbook

 

Classes and homework will help you start meditating by yourself and also allow for the necessary time to adjust your practice to your personality and difficulties that may arise while attending the course. 

 

Small groups are ideal to anyone that prefers to be integrated into a learning cluster and still allows for a very individualized and personalized individual attention during the course. 

 

This course requires a minimum of 2 attendants and is ideal for couples or friends traveling together and interested in learning simple skills that will prove to be transformative and life-changing!

Private Individual Mindfulness & Meditation Healing Course

3 days - 280€ 

 

With this option you'll be learning and practicing just with Patricia, your Mindfulness and Meditation Teacher.

 

A Private Course allows for total attention towards the student's needs and is ideal for anyone seeking for a more intimate and personalized way of learning. 

 

With this option, you can also book whenever it suits you, so that your Mindfulness and Meditation Course may merge beautifully with the rest of your vacation and/or work life! :)

 

This option consists of:  

  • 3 Mindfulness & Meditation 2h classes each day with Patricia:

    • You'll learn about meditation

    • You'll practice meditation

    • We'll discuss your experience, issues connected to the benefits of meditating, difficulties, etc

  • Homework every day consisting of Meditation practice by yourself and working on the course workbook

Private Individual Mindfulness & Meditation Healing Course + Self-Awareness & Healing Journey

With this option you'll be learning and practicing just with Patricia, your Mindfulness and Meditation Teacher and Holistic Life Guide.

 

A Private Course allows for total attention towards the student's needs and is ideal for anyone seeking for a more intimate and personalized way of learning. 

 

With this option, you can also book whenever it suits you, so that your Mindfulness and Meditation Course may merge beautifully with the rest of your vacation and/or work life! :)

 

This Option consists of:  

  • 6 Meditation 1h classes wt Patricia:

    • You'll learn about meditation

    • You'll practice meditation

    • We'll discuss your experience, issues connected to the benefits of meditating, difficulties, etc

  • 6 Self-Awareness 1h sessions wt Patricia:

    • You'll learn about and how-to be Mindful in your daily life

    • You'll learn about the benefits of self-awareness

    • We'll talk about your mindfulness needs and difficulties

    • You'll do Mindfulness exercises during the class related to different aspects of your self and life

  • 1 Life Guidance 1h Session

  • Homework consisting of Meditation practice by yourself, working on your course workbook and engaging on different Self-Awareness practices during the week

 

Classes and homework will help you start meditating by yourself and also allow for the necessary time for you together with Patricia to adjust your practice to your personality and difficulties that may arise while attending the course.
