Soul Healing Yoga

Patricia will read the participants clairvoyantly and will guide and chose the tools that will be used in this session accordingly to that information. At its foundation, Soul Healing Yoga is a very mindful and healing practice. It provides profound work with self-exploration and self-awareness making it an incredible self-discovery tool.

 

Mindfulness, Somatic Movement, Meditation, Energy Healing, Aromatherapy, Emotional Release Techniques, Self-Massage, clairvoyant healing, and other techniques relevant to personal development and healing might be used. 

 

Wellbeing, inner-peace and a sense of lightness are always felt at the end of the session. This is a private group healing session and can be customized accordingly to your group's interests.
