Soul Healing Yoga is a very Mindful and Healing practice, focused on discovering, healing and enjoying not only your body but your whole Self. This is a Healing session and the techniques chosen by Patricia for your session will aim at the inner-work needed in order for you to achieve a greater sense of self, balance and inner peace.

 

Mindfulness, Movement and Still Postures, Meditation, Energy Healing, Aromatherapy, Emotional Release Techniques, Self-Massage, and other techniques might be used in this session.

 

These sessions offer a profound work with Self-Exploration and Self-Awareness that will offer you an incredible Self-Discovery Journey. Wellbeing, Inner-Peace and a Sense of lightness are  always felt at the end of the session.
